Bille Joe and Mike Dirnt were only 14 when the band formed but Tre Cool was 17 when it formed.The band formed in 1987.Berkeley, California was where their first song was sung.They started as a Punk Scene Band.Tre Cool is the drummer,Bille Joe is the guitarist, Mike Drint is the Bass Guitarist.They write their own songs but the song "I fought the Law"they didnt write.
